Refund policy
We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all returns will be eligible for exchange or credit note only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your relevant order details.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@museclothing.store. Once your return claim is accepted we will then share further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Store Credit
Please state within your return request email the item and size you would like to exchange. Our team will then respond to confirm your exchange via email. If applicable store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Voucher redeemable on your next purchase.
Please note that we aim to respond to all return request emails within 72 hours.
